Sometimes when we all get busy in our own business, we lose site of the one thing that should be the single most important thing, customer service! Often lately when I have been out, whether it’s at the mall or a restaurant or car wash, I have noticed that service has been lacking, maybe due to budgets or the economy…but my question is does customer have to suffer-I think not! Employees can still be helpful and trained and service driven, right? There are other ways to cut corners, so to speak, then in the area of good service! A helpful employee that goes the extra step for any customer is worth much more then two employed bodies. At Themers customer service is our main focus! We do our best to answer the phone! We try to return all emails, inquiries and phone calls the same business day. We believe customer service starts with the customer. When working with our customers their needs are first, along with working around their schedule, ideas and budget.
